Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi will make an official visit to the US next week to meet his American counterpart Donald Trump, the White House said today.
Trump looks forward to welcoming Sisi for an official visit to Washington on April 3, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said in a statement.
"They will discuss a range of bilateral and regional issues, including how to defeat ISIS and pursue peace and stability in the region," he said.
The two leaders will use the visit to build on the positive momentum they have built for the US-Egypt relationship, Spicer added.
