The pick-up van was on its way to Badhwana village when the driver lost control of the vehicle and rammed it into a parked dumper in Charkhi Dadri sub-division.
The vehicle also hit an electric pole after colliding with the dumper, crushing a labourer to death.
While four persons in the van, including three women, died on the spot, three others succumbed to their injuries in a hospital, police said.
Six of the deceased belonged to the same family.
A hunt has been launched to nab the absconding van driver, they said.
Haryana Cooperative minister Satpal Sangwan, who visited the injured at the civil hospital in Charkhi Dadri, assured the kin of the deceased that the state government would provide them financial aid.
Sangwan said the government would also bear all the medical expenses of the injured.
