Eight new judges of the Bombay High Court were today sworn in, taking the total strength of the bench to 60.
They were administered the oath of offices by the Chief Justice Mohit Shah in the Central Hall of the High Court.
The new judges are Justice Sirish Gupte, Justice Z A Haq, Justice K R Sriram, Justice Gautam Patel, Justice Atul Chandurkar, Justice Revati Dhere, Justice Mahesh Sonak and Justice Ravindra Ghuge.

Justice Mahesh Sonak is from Goa while Justice Ravindra Ghuge hails from Aurangabad. Justices Atul Chandurkar and Z A Haq are from Nagpur while others are from Mumbai.
The strength of the judges of the High Court has now risen to 60, still 15 short of the sanctioned strength, High Court sources said.
