Elephant herd strays into Jhargram

Forest range officer P Tripathy said the wild elephant herd, which included two tuskers, were from the Dolma range of hill forests.

The herd was now located at Badarkhola, near Jhargram, but no loss of damage to crop or injury to any human has so far been reported.

Forest personnel were keeping vigil on the herd's movement.
