Authorities in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir today suspended 11 employees from two government schools for alleged dereliction of duty.
Acting on complaints against the government school in the area, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Narayan Dutt Sharma conducted inspection of various schools in Ghagwal, an official spokesman said.
He inspected the Nichla government high school and found 10 staff members absent from duty, whereas one teacher of the the Ratanpur government high school was found absent, he said.
The erring employees have been suspended and attached with office of SDM Ghagwal till enquiry is completed in this regard, the spokesman said.
