Comedienne Ellen DeGeneres and husband Portia de Rossi have sold their equestrian ranch in Thousand Oaks for USD 10.85 million.

The couple bought the rural property in 2009 for USD 8.5 million and offered it two years later at USD 16.5 million, reported the Huffington Post.

Then DeGeneres, 55, and De Rossi bought a 13-acre estate in Santa Barbara County's Toro Canyon area for USD 26.5 million.

At the end of July, they returned the Thousand Oaks ranch to the market at USD 10.995 million. A week later, they included the furnishings and upped the price up to USD 12.995 million.

The ranch had eight contemporary farmhouse-style cabins, two barns, a yoga pavilion, stables and tennis court.
