Juno' star Ellen Page, who splashed USD 1,701 million on a new place in Hollywood Hills, is reportedly selling her house in California for USD 1 million.
The actress, who came out as gay in February, had bought the property in California for USD 885,000 in 2011, but she decided to put it on market after forking out USD 1,701 million on a house in Hollywood Hills, reported Contactmusic.
The old property boasts stunning views, strict privacy and a tranquil environment. The Cape Cod cottage is very inviting with stunning flower beds, beamed ceilings, large windows, and a double front door, which captures attention with its bright red paintwork.

The actress' new house is roughly around the same size, but with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located on a 1,528 square-foot site.
