Adding to the theatrics, Government Railway Police (GRP), who had earlier recorded a report regarding the disappearance of the 17-year old girl, too arrived there.
While the police and parents of the girl were able to convince her to return back home, the youth managed to flee.
The parents have not filed a case against the youth, police said, adding that the couple had allegedly eloped yesterday.
