Singer Elton John is reportedly set to tie the knot with his partner and filmmaker David Furnish in a "small and intimate" ceremony.
The 67-year-old singer and his partner David, 52, have invited 50 friends and family members to witness them getting married on December 21, reported Mirror.
"Elton and David have been planning this for months. Elton is flamboyant but, for once, this will be a decidedly low-key affair. Only close friends and family are invited - it's going to be a small, intimate do," a friend of the couple said.
Guests would include stars like David and Victoria Beckham, Elizabeth Hurley and Sharon Osbourne.
The ceremony will take place at their home in Windsor, Berkshire, South East England.
The couple exchanged vows for their civil partnership in 2005. They announced their wedding two days after it became legal to convert civil partnerships into marriages.
