Priscilla, who married Presley in 1967 aged 21, first met the former presenter of BBC1 kids' show 'The Broom Cupboard' last month, after he watched her star as the Wicked Witch in 'Snow White' at a nearby theatre, Daily Mirror reported.
The duo were seen embracing each other after a romantic dinner at San Lorenzo restaurant in Wimbledon.
A source said that the couple were set up through mutual friends.
The source also said Anstis has a thing for older women and is a big fan of Presley so he hit it off with Priscilla immediately.
After swapping numbers, Priscilla got him some tickets to see her in panto in Wimbledon, and they met-up again.
