Real estate developer Embassy Group today announced the launch of Embassy Springs project here claiming it is South India's "biggest master plannedcity."
Spread over 300 acres in North Bengaluru,Embassy Springs comprises 188 acres of plots, 41 acres ofapartments, 22 acres of villas and row houses, 20 acres of cluband schools and 35 acres of commercial and retail space, itsaid in a statement.
It further said Embassy Springs is located eight km from theinternational Airport and is set close to the upcoming IFCIFinancial City and KSIIDC Devanahalli Business Park, wherereal estate prices are expected to appreciate significantly.

"The launch of Embassy Springs further reinforces our continued focus on creating a large residential portfolio witha strong focus on the North Bengaluru corridor," Embassy Group Chairman and MD Jitu Virwani said.
Bengaluru has increasingly become an attractive investment destination nationally andinternationally and has pipped the NCR to become the secondmost preferred investment destination for investors afterMumbai, it added.
