The 21-year-old actress and Peters met on the sets of independent comedy "Adult World", reported Femalefirst online.
"Emma and Evan have been dating for a few months," a source said.
Emma, who is the niece of Hollywood star Julia Roberts took Peters to her stylist Emily Current's wedding last week and the couple were seen holding hands at the ceremony.
Post-wedding, Emma posted on her Twitter page that she had an amazing time at the wedding.
"Fun at Emily's wedding. Had the most lovely time," she tweeted.
Emma was earlier dating actor Chord Overstreet but split in May this year.
