Emraan Hashmi to attend Berlin fest with Danis Tanovic

Actor Emraan Hashmi, who is making his international debut in 'No Man's Land' director Danis Tanovic's movie, will walk the red carpet at the Berlin film festival next week with the Tanovic to support his film 'An Episode in The Life of an Iron Picker'. The Oscar-winning director recently signed on Hashmi for his ambitious next, produced by ASAP Films (France), Sikhya Entertainment and Cinemorphic (Prashita Chaudhary). "We are one big family there to support and cheer for Danis as his film is in competition. I am glad to be producing his next also. Emraan is a very good actor and we are excited to be working together. It will be very interesting to see the combination of an Indian star, who so popular among the masses working with an Oscar-winning Director in an International film. We are looking forward to a great collaboration," producer Guneet Monga said in a statement. Starring Hashmi, Tanovic's film is in its pre-production stage.
