Ending corruption in governance is the greatest achievement of the Narendra Modi government in its first year, BJP national organisation secretary Ramlal today said.
"Our slogan is 'Varsh Ek Uplabhdhiyan Anek' (one year and several achievements). Ending corruption in governance is the greatest achievement of Modi Government."
"Now respect of India at international level is very high, inflation is curbed. The Government is also working firmly for the farmers, workers and backward classes," he said in a monthly meeting of Delhi unit of the party.
A video film depicting the achievements of the BJP led NDA Government was shown on the occasion. The film will be exhibited by the party in various places of Delhi next week.
BJP government under the leadership of Narendra Modi is committed to the welfare of "the last man in the queue" and this is the reason the Government has decided to celebrate its first anniversary in the village of Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay who gave the inspiration for Antyodaya, Ramlal said.
Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay and other leaders of the party were also present in the meeting.
