St Stephen's principal Valson Thampu today said there is a need to enforce accountability in the work and conduct of teachers who have levelled various allegations against him.
"A large number of memoranda have been signed against me and sent here and there. Many of these signatories have confessed to me, in quick time, that they signed each of these memoranda without reading the text they endorsed," he said in a Facebook post.
"I see nothing wrong in my faculty members signing and sending memorada like Scud missiles. It is their democratic right. And it must be exercised but there is a crying need to enforce accountability in the work and conduct of these teachers," he added.
