The accused Yogesh Kumar Sharma, posted as assistant engineer in Sri Ganganagar office of Jodhpur Discom, had allegedly demanded the bribe from a local businessman to increase load capacity of his electricity connection.
After verification of the complaint, Sharma was arrested while he was allegedly taking the bribe amount in his office, they said.
