The mishap took place this morning when the victims were coming to Bahadurgarh in a Honda City car for attending their classes in an engineering college, they said.
As they reached near Sector-9 bypass, the driver lost control over the vehicle which overturned in the middle of the road, leading to the death of one of its occupant on the spot.
The injured have been admitted to hospital where the condition of one of them is stated to be critical.
Further probes are on, police added.
