England 237-6 at tea on day 2 of fourth Test

England took tea at 237-6 after rain had stopped play on the second day of the fourth cricket Test between India and England at Old Trafford here today.

England were 237-6, leading by 85 runs with 4 wickets remaining, when the heavens opened up and with rain not showing any signs of stopping, the two teams went for the tea break.

Joe Root (48) and Jos Buttler (22) were at the crease during the break.

India were bundled out for 152 in their first innings.
