Entertainment Network India Ltd (ENIL) today reported a decline of 21.01 per cent in its standalone net profit to Rs 20.15 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2016.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 25.51 crore for the corresponding quarter a year ago, ENIL said in a BSE filing.
Its total income from operations was up 18.29 per cent during the quarter under review at Rs 147.19 crore as against Rs 124.43 crore in the previous fiscal.

Its total income from operations on consolidated basus was up 15.99 per cent to Rs 508.61 crore in the 2015-16 fiscal from Rs 438.47 crore a year ago.
Meanwhile, in a separate filing ENIL informed that its board has recommended a dividend of Re 1.00 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Shares of the company today settled at Rs 682.25 on BSE, up 1.23 per cent from previous close.
