Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said that the Skill Development Department should ensure 20 lakh jobs by 2022.
Presiding over the second meeting of Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society here, Das called for ensuring the goal, an official release said here.
Higher Education and Skill Development Department Secretary Ajay Kumar Singh said that out of the 71,400 youth skilled this year, 14,618 have been employed by different institutions and many others have been connected with employment.

The Chief Minister said that big malls, schools and hospitals are coming up in the state and training should be given, keeping this in view.
Das directed that the children of 6.5 lakh building construction workers should be connected with education.
