Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today asked the officials to leave no stone unturned in ensuring that the benefits of welfare schemes of the state government are reaped by common people.
He also cautioned that no laxity will be tolerated in this regard.
In a meeting held here to review the implementation of the schemes initiated by state government, Badal asked the Deputy Commissioners (DC) of Punjab to ensure distribution of health insurance cards to the beneficiaries under Bhagat Puran Singh Sehat Bima Yojana by the concerned officers involving the public representatives and gram Panchayats.
