Expanding its footprint, UK-based business services provider Equiniti has set up a new office at the DLF Information Technology Park here.
British Deputy High Commissioner Bharat Joshi inaugurated the office here, Equiniti said in a statement.
"We believe in encouraging enterprise in the local area and Equiniti's success shows that Chennai is a city that is making a real impact in the business world. We wish Equiniti and its employees every success with the opening of new office", Joshi said.
The company has created 200 new jobs in IT and Business Process Outsourcing sector, including infrastructure management and software process management with the opening up of new facility, the release added.
