The couple tied the knot in a rustic, romantic ceremony before an intimate group of family and friends at a private estate in Pacific Palisades, California, their representative confirmed to People magazine.
The two, who met through their mothers, are co-founders and designers of the active wear line Electric & Rose.
The bride, 31, wore a custom Monique Lhuillier gown and the "24" actor, 38, a custom Zegna Tuxedo.
