An alleged drug seller, who escaped from the police lockup in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, was arrested today and two cops were suspended for dereliction of duty.
Sunny Sharma escaped from the City Police Station in Rajouri town yesterday evening, police said.
Raids were conducted at various places today and Sharma was nabbed from Jawahir Nagar area of Rajouri city, where he was hiding in a water tank, they said.
SSP Rajouri has suspended two cops for negligence of duty.
Earlier, the accused was arrested last month for allegedly selling drugs and in connection with a theft case.
