Farm equipment maker Escorts on Monday reported 37.8 per cent increase in its tractor sales at 7,725 units in September.
The company had posted tractor sales of 5,606 units in the same month last year, Escorts Ltd said in a BSE filing.
Domestic sales were at 7,664 units as against 5,576 units in September last year, up 37.4 per cent.
During the month, exports were at 61 units compared to 30 in the year-ago period, a jump of 103.3 per cent.
