With Ramdhanu turning out to be the biggest Bengali block-buster of the year, the film's female protagonist, the reel mom of the celluloid 'kid' today said every film can't have a sequel.

Unveiling the Ramdhanu range of collections, hand-crafted, smelling heritage, but with contemporary cut, actor Gargi Roychowdhury said, "We are yet to get over the ecstacy. Me, directors Shiboprosad-Nandita knew the film will click. But the way it has been hugely received, when footfall is usually dwindling at theatres after two weeks, and still getting full houses, we are vindicated. The director and others are vindicated," Gargi, who has also starred in upcoming Buno Haansh and Hercules, said.

Rupak Saha, owner of the Tripura-based jewellery store having made it big for the third year in Kolkata, said, "From the basic and simple Ramdhanu range of light-weight and contemporary collections, Shyamsundar mulls over the plan to be part of clean, relatable entertainers in future. We have also definitve plans/ But not know," he said.
