Eleven years after being expelled from Parliament for allegedly accepting bribes for asking questions, former Lok Sabha MP Ramsevak Singh today filed a complaint with the police alleging that a person had forged his signatures on the papers that listed out the queries.

In his complaint made to the Parliament Street police station, he claimed that the Lok Sabha Secretariat, in a reply to Central Information Commission, had accepted that the signatures on the questions allegedly submitted by him were forged.

Singh alleged that a person had forged his signatures on the questions submitted in 2005 and requested police to find the person who had done so.

He has enclosed letters and documents in the matter and requested police to see the CCTV footage of 2005 to ascertain the identity of the accused.

The complaint is being looked into, said a senior police officer.

Meanwhile, Lok Sabha Secretariat sources said that the decision on the issue was taken by a parliamentary committee and therefore it was a closed chapter.
