Chaudhary, PACCFED chief engineer MM Tripathi, superintending engineer A K Srivastava and assistant engineer Vipul Kumar Gupta were granted bail by the court on a personal bond of one lakh and surety of Rs 3 lakh.
The court seized their passport and warned them not to try to influence the witnesses.
The CBI had in its charge sheet in the case had accused a close of aide of the then Family Welfare Minister Babu Singh Kushwaha, Saurabh Jain, former Director General Family Welfare S P Ram and Sunil Sehgal, owner of CNC Metal Forming Limited, Sehgal, of alleged corruption in the upgradation of 89 district hospitals under National Rural Health Mission.
It was established during investigation that officials of PACCFED in connivance with private persons favoured the ineligible and sick firm CNC Metal Forming Limited which was allegedly front of Jain and released Rs 16.93 crore to it without any reciept of material or services on the basis of false and forged documents, CBI had said.
The four were arrested in May-end.
