Exchange of greetings marks Eid-ul-Fitre in Jharkhand

After a busy shopping till yesterday that marked the end of holy month of Ramadan, the people visited different mosques across the state to offer prayers.

The people embraced each other and wished, "Eid Mubarak.

Governor Syed Ahmed greeted the people on the occasion while Deputy Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Assembly Speaker C P Singh and several other leaders, officials and others called on the Governor to greet him.
