The team, led by Ashwini Kumar and Hemant Kumar, visited the 'L ward' in Kurla west today.
Sources said they will be visiting all high-risk wards, including construction sites, to survey the situation.
They will suggest steps to control breeding of mosquitoes and spread of malaria, especially during monsoon.
