Explosives and ammunition were recovered from an ULFA-Independent hideout in Assam's Goalpara district today.
Six improvised explosive devices, 300 rounds of ammunition, eight detonators, one magazine and three batteries were found from the hideout at village Hatigaon under Agia police station, Superintendent of Police Nitul Gogoi told PTI.
Based on inputs provided by an ULFA-I cadre arrested recently, the SP with additional SP Rosy Kalita launched an operation and recovered the explosives.
