explosives and bomb making materials were seized from two houses in Tinsukia district of upper Assam.
The police and army launched a joint operation and recovered the explosives and bomb making materials from the two houses at at Majgaon in Tinsukai district today, the police said.
Owners of both the houses were taken into custody, the police added.
