Explosive materials weighing
five kg were unearthed this morning in Imphal West district.
Superintendent of police A K Jhaljit Singh said the police team led by additional superintendent of police, Bikram dug out five packets of explosive powder from a residential complex following disclosures by two arrested persons.
Police have picked up the owner of the residential complex for investigation, he said adding a case was also registered by it.
