Eyeing rural voters ahead of Assembly polls, Delhi BJP today said that if it comes to power, it will build new colleges in villages of the national capital.
The party also promised that it will start two shifts in every college of the Delhi University and digital library and dormitory hostels will also be given top priority after winning elections.
According to the BJP, it has decided to include all these issues in its poll manifesto.

"After coming to power, we will start work for a college in rural Delhi within six months and the college will start functioning within the next two years," Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay said.
Party said that there is only one college in the rural area of Delhi. One college each should be established in Narela, Najafgarh area on priority basis.
The Delhi BJP president also said that they will give priority to the proposal of dormitory hostels in our manifesto for the forthcoming Assembly elections.
He added that so far as moral education is concerned, BJP and ABVP have always been supporting it. Opening digital library and DU colleges affiliation to foreign universities will be useful for the students.
On the issue of building East and West Delhi Campuses of Delhi University, he said that it is reasonable demand but party requires sufficient time for it.
