The factory was sealed on September 27 on a complaint that it was manufacturing fake packaging material, the license for which is owned by an industrialist in Noida, Sub Inspector at Noida sector 58 police station Jagat Singh Sharma said.
"Accused owner was not present so no arrest was made. Today, police team has been sent to nab the accused," he said.
"At Sonepat factory, ebeam process was found being used. We have sealed thousands of kilogrammes of shining gutka rolls and an ebeam coating machine," he said.
"The legal rights of the ebeam coating by ebeam machine lies with a company in Noida and police took the action on the complaint lodged by the company at Sector 58 police station," Sharma said.
