The newly elected students' union president of Chaudhary Charan Singh University here has been expelled for allegedly seeking admission in the varsity by submitting fake documents, including his class XII board certificate.
Sachin Choudhary took admission in the varsity's BA LLB course and submitted class XII passed certificate from Central Board of Education Ajmer, which was found to be "invalid" in the admission prospectus of the university, CCSU Spokesperson Parshant Kumar said.
"An inquiry committee headed by Prof S H Singh submitted its report last evening suggesting the cancellation of Sachin's admission," Kumar said.

Kumar added that the committee was formed after Samajwadi Party district president Rajdeep Vakil levelled allegations against Sachin over his fake admission.
The varsity also sacked the Law Department Coordinator, K K Mittal, for allowing admission on forged documents, he said.
Following the cancellation of his admission, Sachin was removed from the chairmanship of Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) and National Student Union of India (NSUI) after he won the elections on November 21.
Reacting to the decision of the University, Sachin said that he has not received any prior letter from the university.
He alleged that the university has taken this decision under "political pressure" and he would stage protest and fight legally.
