With the arrest of four persons, including two immigration agents, police today claimed to have busted a fake visa racket in Delhi.
The accused have been identified as Manoj Sharma, Ranglal Sharma, Jitender Sharma and Asgar khan. The police recovered around Rs 50,000 and four fake visas from their possession, Deputy Commissioner of Police (IGI Airport), Dinesh Kumar Gupta said.
During the interrogation it emerged that initially work visas were fetched by the agents from a UEA-based company.

He added that the racket came in light when the visas of two persons, who were travelling Delhi to Dubai by Air India flight were found to be fake by immigration officers.
Consequently, local police was informed and two separate cases were registered under relevant sections of the law.
In this regard a team was constituted and accused Manoj Sharma and Asgar khan were arrested from the IGI Airport here.
During interrogation, they spilled the beans and agents Rang Lal Sharma and Jitender Sharma were latrer also arrested.
