The family members of a former BJP MP were allegedly assaulted by some men over a minor dispute in Etah city area, police said today.
The attack took place yesterday when some persons entered former BJP leader Mahadeepak Singh's house yesterday and assaulted some of his family members.
Singh has alleged that it was a well-planned attack on his family.
The injured were admitted to a hospital, police said.
Both sides have lodged an FIR, police said adding the reason for dispute seems to be water supply.
