Just Falafel, the Middle East fast food chain is gearing up to cater the Indian guests with it's first outlet opening shortly in Bangalore.
The street food provider is tying up with a property developer and hospitality company 'Prism Properties' to launch its first restaurant in Bangalore.
The increasing population's demand for new restaurants in India is growing at a faster pace, reflecting the appetite for outside eating, the real estate company said.

Bangalore's reputation for its trendy lifestyles is the perfect fit for Just Falafel's fast casual dining concept that provides artisanal street food in upmarket surroundings.
The restaurant is looking to target the growing young and hip professional market that frequents the city and its tech parks that are major IT business hubs, the company said.
Prism Properties has diversified into the hospitality market with its subsidiary Courtyard hotels and Resorts and Earth First Foods is an experienced operator with excellent knowledge of the Bangalore market.
This tie up with Just Falafel is the next step of the company's plan to enter into the food and beverage arena, given the huge demand that is being seen in the sector, Prism Properties said.
Just Falafel will offer its core menu, but will also infuse the flavours of Bangalore to deliver a truly authentic street food offering to its new customers, the company said in a statement.
Director of operations Suvidh Chordia says he sees the "growing demand for eating healthy, organic and wholesome food making Just Falafel an attractive brand for the Indian market".
Mohamad Bitar founder of Just Falafel is well acquainted with the Indian market with his wife Reema Shetty, who co-founded the Just Falafel, hailing from the country.
"Since the beginning it has been our dream to deliver old world flavours derived from the street to a global audience.
We are delighted to introduce our ethically sourced ingredients that are the base of our healthy, nutritious cuisine," Bitar said.
