A 55-year-old farm labourer was electrocuted when he came in contact with a live wire at a village in Odisha's Jajpur district today.
Ananda Behera, the daily wage earner of Routarapur village located in Dharmasala police station limits, was electrocuted when he came in contact with the snapped live wire lying on the field, police said.
On being informed, the police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem.
A case of unnatural death has been registered and further investigation is on, the police said.
