unidentified assailants in Nanha village of Bihar's Khagaria district this morning, police said.
The deceased, identified as Shankar Sah (35), was going out for work when he was shot at by the assailants from close range, the sources said, adding he died on the spot.
The body has been sent for post-mortem, they said adding the motive behind the murder case was not known.
