A group of farmers today held a demonstration in front of two under-construction housing societies in Shahpur Bamheta village here.
The farmers were protesting over issues concerning lands being used for the projects.
Local BJP leader Suresh Yadav, who was also present at the demonstration, said the farmers who have not sold their land should have full right over it and they should be allowed to do farming on their lands.
The farmers also demanded that the land of Land Management Committee should be used to make marriage houses and stadiums for the villagers.
