Rapper Kanye West claims becoming a father to North has changed the meaning of his life and given him perspective.
The 'New Slaves' rapper, who got engaged to girlfriend Kim Kardashian this week, said his four-month-old daughter has made him a stronger person and given him a reason to live, reported Contactmusic.
"It's one thing for me to say I want to do things to help the world, it's another thing to really have a family, to really understand what it means to be a dad.
"It gives you real perspective of the American dream, the world dream. The meaning of life to me is life itself, family," he said.
The 36-year-old rapper is gaga over his fiancee Kardashian too.
"She gave me a beautiful daughter and she has an amazing, beautiful family, who are now also my family. Just the stability in this astronaut ride of life, particularly of fame, to have someone who understands, who's that sweet, who doesn't want me for my money. She looks pretty good, too.
