FCAT chairman Mahajan dies

Former Delhi High Court judge S K Mahahan, who was serving as the chairman of Film Certification Appllate Tribunal (FCAT), died today.

He was cremated at the at Lodhi road crematorium here, where many legal luminaries including judges and dignitaries including Minister of State of Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Rathore were present.

Rathore expressing condolences in a post on twitter said, "My condolences on the passing away of Justice (retd) S K Mahajan, chairman Film Certification Appellate Tribunal. Strength to his family".

It is learnt that Mahajan had been unwell recently.
