The Foreign Direct Investment in Pakistan has increased by over 100 per cent to USD 105.4 million during July and August in the current fiscal year, according to the country's central bank.
Pakistan had a FDI of USD 105.4 million in the first two months of the current fiscal year compared to USD 52.4 million received during the same month for the previous year, State Bank of Pakistan said yesterday.
Net FDI into Pakistan rose by 76 per cent in the fiscal year 2012-13 which ended in June, reaching USD 1.447 billion compared to the previous year.
