A man accused of raping a 20-year-old girl, surrendered today at Lalaurikheda police station here, fearing wrath of villagers, police said.
Pramod, accused of raping a girl in Jatipur village, earned ire of locals over the incident and surrendered at the police station today.
The accused has been arrested and the girl has been sent for medical examination, Omvir Rathi, police station incharge said.
