Leela Bhansali, the mother of noted filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, feels blessed to have loving and caring children like son Sanjay and daughter Bela.

Sanjay adopted the middle name 'Leela' as a tribute to his mother.

"I feel happy and proud that my both children love and care for me so much. Where will you find such children, who will care so much for parents even today. There are very few who would use their mother's name in today's time. I feel fortunate," Leela told PTI in an exclusive chat.

She was present at the trailer launch of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Ram Leela' last evening. The film is a desi version of noted English poet and playwright William Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet'.

Sanjay, on his part, says, "This is a very special film for me... I made it for my mother."

He is thankful to leading lady Deepika Padukone for playing her part brilliantly and also to Ranveer Singh, the male lead of the movie.

"I loved the trailer of 'Ram Leela', isn't it wonderful. I love all his (Sanjay) films and I also liked Bela's 'Shirin Farhad Ki Nikal Padi'," Leela said.

"I am looking forward to the song 'Ramji ki chaal', it is wonderful. After listening to it, I feel I want to get up and dance," she added.

The film is a romantic drama set in Gujarat and also has a special song, which has been picturised on Priyanka Chopra. It is set to release in November this year.
