Fertiliser trader's staff robbed off Rs 3 lakh

A staff of a fertiliser trader was today robbed off Rs three lakh at gun point by armed miscreants at Gerabari market under Korha police station area in Bihar's Katihar district, a police officer said.

One Md Musa, an employee of fertiliser trader Pramod Agrawal was walking to the branch of Bank of India to deposit Rs three lakh when four armed miscreants riding on two motorcycles intercepted him and snatched the bag containing the cash at gun point, Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Lal Babu Yadav said.

Agrawal has lodged an FIR at Korha police station in this connection, he said adding, a probe was on and raids were being carried out to nab the culprits.
