To get the aid, IQ of the child should be less than 50 per cent and income of his or her parents should be below the minimum wages of unskilled labourer as fixed by the state government, an official release said here today.
It said that the child should not be going to school, should be a resident of Haryana, regarding which an affidavit was needed to be given for availing benefit of the scheme.
