Finnish Parliament has 200 members which translates to one MP per 27,000 people, he said.
This relatively small percentage of voters enables an MP to know majority of them, he said.
Recalling his visit to the Lok Sabha, Heinaluoma said he has tremendous respect for Indian democracy.
